The strong German influence of the architects Elastolin & Hausser was mentioned in a number of accounts of the town in this period.
As did Raggy Dan prophesy:
'There was a little city, and few men within it; and there came a great king against it, and besieged it, and built great bulwarks against it'
Excellent example of those venerable architects work. I am also impressed with squares and roads well maintained within the city walls. No filth strewn narrow lanes in these parts!
